Today, Kayla is sharing the journey of why she chooses not to drink, as well as the highs and lows of how she made that decision. She opens up about her history with alcohol, social dynamics, feeling the need to fit in, and social pressure. Kayla explains how changing her relationship with alcohol and how she dealt with peer pressure was truly the beginning of her mind body healing process. She also talks about mindfulness, and how tuning into her body about how she felt when she drank was showing up in her body to see how it affected her mental health.
